• Submit Payment using your Debit or Credit Card:
Click here to submit payment online using your Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card (sorry, we cannot process American Express or Discover Card payments). We process them manually so may not get to it the day you submit it, but regardless, we will post it for the day it was submitted.  Please remember that rent is due on the 1st of the month. Payments submitted or received on or after the 6th of the month are subject to late charges.

Maintenance:
Residents of any location may submit routine maintenance requests online.

If you prefer to call, call the appropriate number for where you live, shown below:

Riverside Green Apartments:

For routine maintenance, leave a message at 614-889-1273

For emergency maintenance that cannot wait until the next business day, such as no heat or broken water lines, call 614 - 561 - 7693. Do not call the emergency line for routine maintenance.

All other locations:

For routine maintenance, leave a message at 614-344-4309

For emergency maintenance that cannot wait until the next business day, such as no heat or broken water lines, call 614 - 735 - 9438. Do not call the emergency line for routine maintenance.

Move-out Notice:
Remember that you are required to give written notice 30 days prior to moving - as per your Lease agreement. As of 11/1/12 this notice may no longer be done online. The notice must be delivered to the leasing office. Be sure to include

1. The date of the notice,
2. Your name and apartment address, and
3. Your forwarding address.
